CAN's Embodied is an invitation to inhabit your body, express yourself through movement and have fun! Join Sete Tele in Blower Vac Hacky Sac. Participants will be asked to write a story on paper and then use blower vacs to propel the story into the universe. It will be noisy, colourful, visually festive experience while our respective narratives will be shared through the intimate environment of soulful dancing.

Express Media, in partnership with Propel Youth Arts WA, is delighted to present Making Tracks: Perth, a travelling pop-up workshop series and zine publication aimed at developing the work of young writers in Australia. Over four workshops every fortnight, 10 young writers will meet with an Express Media writer and editor to hone their writing skills and workshop a piece for publication.

Internationally renowned performance poet and educator Zainab Syed will lead you through writing exercises to find a story you want to tell, guide you on how to tell it best, ending with performance techniques on how to perform your story on a stage to share with everyone.
