Just a Zine-age Dirtbag (Baby)

  • Paper Mountain Upstairs, 267 William Street Northbridge Australia (map)

Paper Mountain and Aunty Mabel’s Zine Distro present Just a Zine-age Dirtbag (Baby), a half-day workshop offering you the chance to make your own DIY printed zine.

Zines are handmade publications made up of art, essays, collage, fiction, comics, reviews or any other thing you might like to incorporate. They are your opportunity to speak your mind, and say and publish whatever you like, without censorship.

With the guidance of expert zinesters Anna Dunnill and Emiko Watanabe, learn how to design imagery and text, and use custom printing tools to hand-make your own limited edition zine.

Participants of this workshop will get the chance to be part of a special pop-up library and exhibition in the Paper Mountain Common Room, opening Saturday 10 May and running for one month.

Suitable for anyone with a love of words, pictures, paper, or publishing. We hope you can take part in this exciting event (don’t say maybe!).

Just a Zine-age Dirtbag (Baby) is supported by Healthway to promote the Drug Aware message, and Propel Youth Arts Drug Aware WA.
