Mosaic Young Creatives Picnic 2020
We host this picnic as a way for like-minded people with similar passions and interests to meet up over a casual picnic setting in the sun. We would love to see you at the event and connect with other young photographers especially if you have attended a Mosaic Workshop. Some of our workshop facilitators will also be there so this is a great chance to reconnect with them!
Beauty in the Mundane with Ria Maglinao
With everyone always constantly rushing to get things done or to reach a destination, we often overlook the beauty that comes with our daily routines. With using shadows and lights, as well as teaching to play with shutter speed for motion shots, I aim to share my technique in capturing the beauty in the mundane, to tell untold stories through photos that you can take anywhere.

On Sunday 6 December 2020, Propel Youth Arts WA once again invites you to join us in documenting 24 hours of life in Western Australia directly through your eyes! Every year, hundreds of people across WA simultaneously step behind their cameras to capture and submit an image from their day to Mosaic, a community-driven photography project and exhibition.

Images from Bangladesh
Earlier this year Ryan Ammon travelled to Bangladesh to study International Photojournalism and Documentary Photography, whilst in Bangladesh he built up a large body of work that captured stories, events and the essence of another world. This exhibition will be on show at the Artgeo Cultural Complex in Busselton.
New passports, new photography
New passports, new photography is a celebration of the Gallery’s recent acquisitions of contemporary photography around the theme of portraiture. It brings together over one hundred works – the majority of which will be on display for the very first time – which explores how photographers use the camera to reflect, construct and challenge identity.
