Propel Youth Arts WA and Healthway present Drug Aware YCulture Metro: Mixtape, a totally free showcase of young artists who’ve been supported by the YCulture program.
Programmed artists will include: dance-maker Kathleen Szalay, visual artist Alina Tang, a capella vocal group The Baden Street Singers, sound artist Ned Reilly, an appearance from Pirateman Michael Speranza, and many other YCulture alumni artists.
Drug Aware YCulture Metro is a skills development initiative that funds projects of early career artists who would like to plan and coordinate their own projects. Grants of up to $3,000 are provided for artists aged 12 to 26, in any artistic medium. The program is supported by Healthway to promote the Drug Aware message.
