CAN Clickworld

CAN has partnered with Lotterywest and the City of Canning to provide free access to storytelling skills and cultural expression for individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Click World is a series of three workshops designed for anyone who is new to coding and would like a gentle introduction to the discipline. You’ll be guided through three main projects – using a random generator to make different storylines, making an HTML world that you click through to explore, and using Glitch to store the projects that we make together and anything you might make in the future. We’ll cover the basics of HTML, along with a bit of CSS and JavaScript.

This workshop series aims to empower diverse voices to create their own platform to share their stories, art, or any form of cultural expression.

For: Ages 12+, beginners only.

Thu 21 Nov, 28 Nov & 5 Dec – Riverton Library
3:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Registration essential and strictly limited:
