Stacey Gobey

Stacey Gobey is a young Perth-based artist currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Music Artistry at WAAPA. When she's not gigging around Perth with her band as Stacey Ann, she's exploring her hobbies like cake decorating and visual art.

Stacey discovered this medium as a year 11 art student in high school after experimenting with multiple ways she could apply string to wood. Finding this process quite therapeutic, she started creating works outside of school as a hobby. The project has grown ever since and she has been lucky enough to start selling her pieces and create commissioned works for events.
