Local Perth band Chidgzey is releasing their second single “This Place” and having a launch on Sunday 1 December at Mojos Bar Fremantle! Also hear from RUER Music, Roobs and The Washing Line Economy and Sandpiper Music.

Formed in mid-2018 in Perth, Western Australia, Chidgzey are a 4-piece indie/alternative band who have been likened to a sound that you don't hear as much anymore - early Radiohead, Death Cab for Cutie, Coldplay and more but they also draw inspiration from bands like Middle Kids and Methyl Ethyl.

Chidgzey's sound is anchored in strong melodies, driven by pulsing beats and glued together with compelling and unusual harmony. They are David Chidgzey (vox/guitar), Jett Harris (lead guitar), Austin Salisbury (keyboards/bass) and Zack Visser (drums).
