Do you know or are you a young person who is ready to tackle big, complex issues (think climate change, human rights and social justice)? Perhaps they or yourself are unsure on how to create an impact large enough to make a difference, or how to work on social change while looking after themselves and their peers.
The Climate Justice Union (CJU) is currently recruiting young people (aged 12-19yrs) to participate in their Youth Systemic Advocacy and Wellbeing Program. This program is a training and mentoring program for anyone interested in creating positive social change through systemic advocacy, without burning out.
The program is for 12-19 year olds living between the Midwest, Perth/Peel, South West and Great Southern Regions of WA (Noongar and Yamatji Country). It will run online, over 7 sessions in Term 3 (July-August 2022) with up to 30 people. Sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 5-7pm.
If you're interested in CJU's Youth Systemic Advocacy and Wellbeing Program, you can refer to the program flyer or read more about the program on the learn more button below.
