Call for Expressions of Interest: Facilitators for Creative Enquiry Workshops
Bike-Curious is looking for people with experience facilitating engaging discussions and fun activities with girls and young women* to deliver workshops involving creative processes in April/May 2023.

If you’re good a building rapport and creating curious, judgement-free spaces where people want to participate and feel inspired to express their ideas, they’d love to hear from you by Tuesday 20 December.

Bike-Curious is a pilot program for WA girls and women 15-20, exploring their experiences and supporting them to attain the freedom and independence enjoyed by girls in other cities, as well as many other benefits of getting around by bike.

Creative workshops will be specially designed for Boorloo / Perth girls based on the #andshecycles campaign by Green Schools Ireland and Sustrans Scotland which celebrates the mental, physical, and environmental benefits of cycling and has almost tripled the number of girls riding in participating schools.

Bike-Curious is working with Propel Arts WA on this exciting new project, a partnership between Lucky Projects and WestCycle, funded through Healthway’s Physical Activity Innovation Challenge Project.

*When we say girls and women, we mean to be inclusive of trans and intersex women and girls, as well as non-binary and gender fluid people comfortable in spaces where the experiences of women are centred.
