My name is Lorraine and I am a 24 year old ballpoint pen artist based just outside Fremantle. I initially graduated with a Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Management but decided to pursue art while working my current job. All my art work is inspired but animals, nature and the universe around us.I like to take all these elements to combine together to create fantasy inspired creatures. I love creating extremely detailed pieces of art so that when you view the art there is more to it than what meets the eye.

I create intricate ballpoint pen drawings on paper which I then sell as postcards, greeting cards, prints (A5-A3), frames (A6-A3), tote bags, trinket bowls, handmade resin coasters and serving boards.

I began Lorraine Angelina Designs in April 2017 where I initially started drawing and selling my art as prints, postcards and framed work. I started drawing from quite a young age but only discovered ballpoint pen art in high school and then taking it up in 2016.

Last year I was working full time managing a retail store and found it difficult to draw with such a busy lifestyle. I discovered resin and started expanding my products to handmade coasters and serving boards with now recently trinket bowls being added to the collection. All drawings and resin work is created by me and though it is time consuming I absolutely love it!

During this time I have been able to start selling at a few stores around Perth including Common Ground, King Street Collective, Vanilla Gifts as well as Myattsfield Vineyard and Pash by Jan in Busselton. I have also had the opportunity to participate in RAW Art exhibition and Life Under Water exhibition held but the United Nations of Australia.

I look forward to continuing to draw and expanding my collection.
