Youth Week WA KickstART Festival is the largest celebration of young people on the Western Australian youth calendar. As part of this, each year we assemble a group of young people aged 14 - 25 to be the driving youth voice of the Festival.
As members of the 2020 Youth Week WA Planning Committee you will play a key role in the planning and decision-making for the design and programming of the Festival.
This is your chance to learn what it takes to build and manage a large scale youth arts event. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a friendly and passionate environment where you can help promote young people’s ideas and experiences to the broader community.
Youth Week WA is an annual statewide celebration of the positive contributions of young people to our community throughout Western Australia. For over eight consecutive years, the Youth Week WA KickstART Festival has offered young people aged 12 - 26 an extensive range of free workshops, forums, performances, programs, and special events every April.
