Centre for Stories - Applications OPEN.
The All Write Early Career Fellowships will be awarded to five writers from diverse backgrounds who have completed a manuscript of fiction or non-fiction*. Generously funded by an anonymous donor, the fellowships are designed to give writers who are early in their career a boost throughout the manuscript assessment process.
Running over 12 months, the program will commence in July 2024 and end in June 2025. Successful applicants will receive a full manuscript assessment, an additional round of edits on their manuscript, manuscript reader feedback, access to workshops and an optional desk at Centre for Stories, a weekend retreat in Margaret River** and the opportunity to have their work reviewed by Fremantle Press via the Centre for Stories submissions portal.
Applications open 3 June 2024 and close at 11.59pm AWST on 30 June 2024.

*Applicants must have completed a full draft of a manuscript of fiction or non-fiction. Centre for Stories will not be accepting submissions of uncompleted manuscripts, manuscripts of poetry or children’s fiction.
**Applicants must be available for the weekend retreat in Margaret River to be eligible to apply.
