Perfect for physical theatre and circus performers, dancers, singers and musicians as well as those wishing to enhance and expand their creative palette
This Performers Craft will include Annie’s special blend of Creative Movement, Physical Theatre, Mime, Feldenkrais, Improvisation and Dance.
In a highly supportive and relaxed atmosphere, you will learn to:- - Move and play like a child again - Fully inhabit your performance space with freedom and confidence. - Do Feldenkrais lessons to improve your breathing, stability and flexibility - Reignite your artistic passion and daring
The workshop is suitable for performers and beginners alike and has the startling effect of helping anyone to improve anything! (18 years+)
