Northbridge Piazza comes alive this Fringe season with a festival of anime cinema, live music, and art.

All events are free and under the stars, including live music from some of Perth's hottest up-and-coming acts, film screenings of a classic anime film and an art exhibition open at City Art Space next door. Join us for a festival of arts and culture, celebrating anime filmmaking, local artistic and musical talent.

Featured films include: Your Name, Pom Poko, Ghost in the Shell, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, The Tale of Princess Kaguya, Wold Children, Whisper of the Heart, Paprika and A Silent Voice.

Lucky Cat Cinematheque is collaboration between Big Heart Film Club, presenters of the smash hit Miyazaki Film Festival (FRINGEWORLD 2018), Propel Youth Arts, Paper Mountain, Anime Lab and Madman Films. This summer will be filled with a series of multi-arts events and screenings suitable for all ages, for free on the big screen at Northbridge Piazza.
