Sassafras presents a vibrant mix of gypsy swing and jazz, performed with the sensational virtuosity and passion so intrinsic to the tradition of this music. This dazzling performance will feature new arrangements of jazz standards, beautiful ballads, and fabulous French classics.

Award-winning Perth band Sassafras are back with a brand new show of gypsy jazz. The band features Lachlan Gear and Aaron Deacon on gypsy guitars, Pete Jeavons on double bass, Adrian Galante on clarinet, and Jessie Gordon on vocals. Sassafras present a vibrant, acoustic mix of gypsy swing and jazz, all performed with the sensational virtuosity and passion so intrinsic to the tradition of this music.
