Diversity is a key element of the Tresillian Arts Centre’s 2018 Student and Tutor Exhibition, running from 28 September to 14 October.

Now in its 17th year, the annual exhibition showcases the work of students who have learnt new art skills over the past 18 months at the centre – and also features works from the tutors who mentored them.

Visitors to the exhibition, open 10am-4pm daily, have a chance to win a $200 Tresillian Arts Centre voucher when voting in the $500 People’s Choice Award, sponsored by Captain Stirling IGA.

Curator Aloma Berg has had a long association with the centre as both a teacher and curator of previous exhibitions.

The official opening – open to the public – is at 6pm, 28 September, with Nedlands Mayor Max Hipkins in attendance.

The Tresillian Arts Centre is at 21 Tyrell Street, Nedlands.
