Do you have a world-changing idea? Are you starting your own business and need some help with your social media strategies? As part of the Local Creatives Series, Sunday Soldiers will be facilitating a workshop that introduces participants to social media and how to market your world-changing project.
This workshop is for creatives aged between 15-40 who have an idea, a concept or just want to learn how to use social media to change the world. It will include teaching techniques and advice to implement strategies and formulas around creating hype, appropriate social media etiquette and using influencers to promote your product.
About Local Creatives
Local Creatives is a free program for bright, young people, aged 15-25. Local businesses are invited to facilitate a workshop where young people can learn new skills, be creative and spend time with other young creatives. Businesses may provide young people with information about their experience in the small business industry and using social media to make an impact.
About Sunday Soldiers
Elise Doohan is the local creative behind clothing brand, Sunday Soldiers. The brand has been involved in several fundraisers and has raised almost $15,000 for various charities to date, purely using social media. Sunday Soldiers is a ‘good vibes’ brand. It was created to be a platform for positivity and world-changing movements. Clothing is purely our vessel. The products are created to convey positivity and brand awareness.
