Kadjin x Highs and Low

We recently partnered with local footwear and apparel boutique Highs and Lows (HAL) for their 15th anniversary, and to celebrate we co-hosted Halelujah and HAL released limited edition sneakers with proceeds donated to Kadjin – the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Youth Arts Network.

Halelujah was a one night full takeover of The Rechabite showcasing some of Perth's best musicians and bands on 5 December. Part of the proceeds from ticket sales are going towards our fundraiser for Kadjin.

Along with the event, HAL also released limited edition Adidas sneakers via a raffle with 100% of proceeds going to our newly formed advocacy group. HAL and Adidas released only 15 pairs of the Friends & Family version of the Adidas Consortium Torsion Edberg.

Inspired by Mies van der Rohe’s philosophy of less is more, we deconstruct Stefans Edbergs’s signature 90’s silhouette, paying homage to adidas’ archive in Herzo, and giving the model minimalist flavour.

We wanted to extend a huge thank you for HAL's generosity in celebrating their milestone!

We’ve been fundraising for Kadjin this year, and the deadline for our Creative Partnerships Australia’s Plus 1 Program Fundraiser is drawing near. We aim to raise $25,000 by 30 January 2021 to go towards professional development, yarning, healing, empowering and many other opportunities.

You can support our work with young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by donating.
